Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all website enrolments. You (the student) must ensure that you are aware of our terms before proceeding with your enrolment. Once enrolled, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Course Fees

Fees are payable termly, either online, over the telephone or in person.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis, payment guarantees a place and will be confirmed by email.

If you join a class on the 3rd week of the course you will be charged pro-rata for the rest of the course.

Course fees include most materials but please check the course details for any extra costs.

We do not offer any concessions for our classes – we are a self-funding organisation and we try to keep our class fees at an affordable cost.

Employer or sponsor paying for an enrolment

The website is intended for an individual student to register and pay for a course at the time of enrolment. If you wish your employer or a sponsor to pay for course fees please give us a call to enrol.

Errors

Rossett Adult Learning cannot be held liable for errors displayed on our website or printed programme, and we reserve the right to make changes to published details including dates, times, locations and prices.

Opening times

The office is open term-time Mon-Fri 09.00-15.00, and Mon/Tue/Wed 18.30 – 21.00. During the holiday periods leave a message on our answerphone and we will get back to you.

We expect everyone who learns and works with us to treat each other with dignity and respect, regardless of individual differences in age, gender, gender identity, race, background, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief. We aim to provide students with the best possible support.

Student charter

We want everyone to enjoy learning with us in a place that is safe and welcoming. We expect our staff and students to treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of individual differences in age, gender, race, background, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief. We aim to provide appropriate support for every student. Please refer to our full student charter.

Please ask to speak to a member of staff confidentially to discuss options for any support you may require.

We are committed to fairness and equality of access, opportunity and achievement for all learners.

Behaviour

We expect good behaviour, self-discipline and respect from all our staff and students. Please report any breaches to these expectations to the Centre Manager who will deal with the matter. Poor behaviour may result in exclusion from the centre.
