Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all website enrolments. You (the student) must ensure that you are aware of our terms before proceeding with your enrolment. Once enrolled, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Fees are payable termly, either online, over the telephone or in person.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis, payment guarantees a place and will be confirmed by email.
If you join a class on the 3rd week of the course you will be charged pro-rata for the rest of the course.
Course fees include most materials but please check the course details for any extra costs.
We do not offer any concessions for our classes – we are a self-funding organisation and we try to keep our class fees at an affordable cost.
Employer or sponsor paying for an enrolment
The website is intended for an individual student to register and pay for a course at the time of enrolment. If you wish your employer or a sponsor to pay for course fees please give us a call to enrol.
A full refund will be given if:
We change the course date and time following you signing up and it is no longer convenient for you to attend.
The course closes because there are insufficient numbers on the course.
Our fees are based on financial viability; therefore, if we do not reach an appropriate fee level, we may consider other measures including offering students the option to pay extra or modify the format to allow the course to run.
A partial refund will be given if:
After the first class, you find that the course isn’t suitable –a £5 charge will be made.
You sign up and need to cancel up to 14 days of the course start date, a £5 charge will be made.
No refund will be given if:
You cancel within 14 days of the course starting, or once the course progresses after the 1st week of the course starting.
For all other cancellations, we only offer a refund in exceptional circumstances, this will be subject to a £10 charge. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis
Rossett Adult Learning cannot be held liable for pricing errors displayed on our website, and we reserve the right to make changes to published details including dates, times, locations and prices.
The office is open term-time Mon-Fri 09.00-15.00, and Mon/Tue/Wed 18.30 – 21.00. During the holiday periods leave a message on our answerphone and we will get back to you.
