Refund policy

Refund Policy

If you would like to apply for a refund please contact the office directly.

A full refund will be given if:

we cancel the course before the first class, and provide learners with a full refund; or

meet for the first class and give learners the opportunity to decide whether to shorten the course hours for the same fee, transfer to another course

The length of each course is based on a minimum number of learners enrolled and the financial viability of the course. If this is not achieved, it may be necessary for us to either:

A partial refund will be given if:

After the first class you find that the course isn’t suitable –a £10 charge will be made.

You sign up and give us 2 weeks notice of cancellation, a £10 charge will be made.

No refund will be given if:

You cancel the course giving us less than 2 weeks notice, or once the course progresses after the 1st week of the course starting.

Exceptional circumstances

Once a course has begun, we will only consider refund requests in exceptional personal or family circumstances, this will be subject to a £10 charge. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

COVID-19 Refunds

If government advice means face-to-face classes cannot continue due to coronavirus (COVID-19), classes will be moved to online provision, where possible. Where this is the case, no refunds will be provided. If classes cannot continue online or from an alternative centre, refunds will be made for the missed session(s).
