My classes are accessible for all physical abilities and levels of experience. I always give full and detailed instructions to allow students to feel empowered and safe in my classes. My teaching style is mindful and gentle but with some deep stretches, strengthening work and moderately challenging flows. I always use breathwork, pranayama, relaxation and meditation and like to introduce aspects of yogic theory and philosophy where appropriate. I want my students to work at their own pace and leave their class feeling energized, calm and centred.
The course will cover A warm up to prepare your body for the class. The stretch phase will cover all the gentle yoga poses, working on different areas of your body. Breathing techniques and relaxation at the end of the class so you can fully concentrate.
