We will start with a gentle warm up, and then we will get into the main flow, varying from creative sequencing to workshop style tips and tricks for specific poses and transitions and peak pose flows. Got something you want to work on? Let me know! Towards the end of class we will slow the pace and wind down for a short relaxation.

Yoga is great for improving mobility, maintaining muscle strength and balance, boosting energy, finding enjoyment and community, reducing aches and pains and help you to keep doing what you love for longer.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience of yoga, even complete beginners with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of options to take.

All you need is a yoga mat, other props can be provided.

Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring it with you to the first session if you haven't done one previously.

See you on the mat!

Deborah Curtis

I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly responsible individual who spent more than 20 years building a rewarding and successful career in childcare. Throughout that time, I developed a deep passion for supporting and nurturing others. This eventually inspired me to broaden my knowledge and retrain in Yin Yoga, Energy Healing, and Aura Meditation.

Working in the healing arts is something I am truly passionate about. I enjoy helping people improve their wellbeing and supporting them on their personal journeys in a compassionate and holistic way.

Over the years, I have become a versatile and adaptable professional by embracing new roles, taking on additional responsibilities, and continually seeking opportunities to learn and grow. My naturally curious mindset and commitment to lifelong learning have allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and experiences.
