Fans of 'Strictly Come Dancing'  who would like to experience a little of that magic are invited to join this 6 week introductory course, learn a few basic steps, and share the sense of achievement with their partner as they take their first dance onto the dance floor.

Waltz, Social Foxtrot, Quickstep and Tango are included on the course.  All steps are clearly explained and demonstrated and then practised to music.

Dancing is good for both the body and the mind as it combines physical movement and mental focus in a fun and engaging way.  There is a huge sense of satisfaction on achieving that first dance so why not challenge yourself and come and join the fun.

Please enrol with a partner.
