An exercise class focusing on strengthening all muscles of the body, with correct technique
taught and instructed across all exercises. Exercises will focus on key functional movements
ensuring you get and stay strong for everyday activities.
We will perform slow controlled repetitions including eccentric and isometric muscle
contractions targeted to build strength across all areas. Each session will also include a
designated core section to help strengthen the mid section and lower back.
Suitable for all levels with both adaptations and progressions offered every week.
Each session is carefully planned, structured & instructed to ensure improvements in your
strength are maximised.
Suitable exercise footwear and clothing needed, along with some water.
Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring to your first class, if you haven't done one previously.
