Ana Carrizo Nunez

¡Hola! I’m a native Spanish speaker, born and raised in Spain, with Latin American parents, so I have a great understanding of both Spanish and Latin American cultures.

I studied English at the University of Alicante and completed my Erasmus programme at Sheffield Hallam University. After working as a Spanish teacher in Spain, I decided to continue my teaching career in England and completed my PGCE at Leeds Trinity University in 2018.

Since then, I’ve taught Spanish in several secondary schools across Leeds and Harrogate. I’m passionate about making Spanish enjoyable, practical and accessible for adults, while sharing my love of the language and culture.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, enjoying good food and going to the cinema.
