There’s a reason the breath is central in nearly every tradition—it’s the only body system that runs on autopilot, but can also be steered. Each week in this class, we explore how to do exactly that.
We start with 18 Tai Chi Qigong (Shibashi)—a set of fluid, accessible movements designed to open the body, settle the mind, and get energy moving. It’s not just about fitness. It’s about presence.
Then we shift into specific breathwork—practical techniques to down-regulate stress, build focus, and connect more deeply with the body. Some are quiet. Some are energising. All are teachable, repeatable, and portable.
We finish with stillness. Guided or silent meditation to integrate the work and allow space for what’s underneath the noise.
