Often the male physique will have specific stiffness, for instance in the spine and hips or more tightness in the hamstring and shoulders.
The male physique can usually stride easily through the strength based work, but this program attempts to best assist with developing new healthy functional movement patterns and flexibility.
This class is great for those playing sport especially golf, football and rugby, but will benefit anyone who is keen to strengthen their back and stay flexible.
It is suitable for all ages.
Please ensure you check with your GP before taking part in any exercise to ensure you are suitable.
For the first session students will need:
- a yoga mat, if you have one
- comfortable leisure clothing
- water
Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring to your first class if you haven't done one previously.
