Hello, my name is Barbara Pounder and I have been a pilates instructor for 4 years, having been a PE teacher for 40 years. I absolutely love teaching Pilates as all the benefits you will receive attending the class I also receive! Strength, flexibility and confidence in our everyday lives.
This course is for anyone who would like to maintain and or increase any of these benefits.

It will be fun and challenging sometimes, but so worth it. Come and join us !
