Learn the fundamentals and set yourself up for success. We'll start at the beginning and build the foundations we need for proper core engagement, moving through a gentle full body class focusing on using the Pilates principles and doing the basics well. 

If you’ve done a couple of Pilates classes and you feel like you’re missing something, not sure if you’re doing things quite right, get lost during class or maybe you’ve never done Pilates before, then this class is for you.

Learn each move in depth, with clear instruction on how to do the move, where you should be feeling it, reminders of breathing technique and a welcoming space to ask questions and receive personal feedback and modifications if required.

This course is low impact, but please check with your GP before starting if you are unsure about its suitability.

As a certified Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, Elyse has found a love for helping people feel better in their bodies. She believes that a little of the right movement goes a long way and can keep you feeling pain free and doing what you love.
Elyse has experience working with people of all ages and abilities and is well versed in adapting classes to the needs of her students. So whether you're older, younger, done Yoga and Pilates your whole life or a complete beginner, Elyse has got you covered.
