A full body circuit class, focusing on training all elements of fitness including muscular
strength, muscular endurance, cardio fitness & mobility. All muscles and areas of the body will be worked along with key functional and core exercises included. We will use a range of equipment including dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, bodyweight & benches.
Suitable for all levels with both adaptations and progressions offered every week.
Each session is carefully planned, structured & instructed to ensure correct technique & improvements in your fitness are maximised.
Suitable exercise footwear and clothing needed, along with some water.
Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring to your first class, if you haven't done one previously.
