A totally unique class to support you as you relax...and unwind.
This class is delivered live via Zoom, so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the rest of your evening and possibly the best nights sleep of your week.
This is Yoga, but we do not even get up off the floor. We begin with Mudra and Meditation to begin to let go of your day – then floor based stretches and movement to help you ease physical tension before sinking into a supported Restorative Yoga pose (you will benefit from having a pile of cushions, pillows and blankets nearby). This leads in to deep guided relaxation – Yoga Nidra. Pyjama’s most welcome! No Yoga experience required.
