A weekly class for women to join together as a community to embrace, and feel supported and empowered through all stages of menopause.
Sessions include time to share, learn and laugh together – discuss topics such as nutrition, natural remedies and HRT, and experience how the ancient practise of Yoga and wisdom of Ayurveda can help manage the many symptoms including hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, lack of focus and low mood.
A specially adapted Yoga practice, including breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to support our unique journeys...together.
This class is open to all women approaching, during or after Menopause. No prior Yoga experience required.
