Yoga for Men: 

Join me for an hour of Vinyasa/Hatha style Yoga working to build Strength, Improve flexibility and release stress! This class is for all Men, whether you are new to Yoga or just looking to enhance your fitness levels/flexibility. 

Please bring a mat, and wear comfortable clothes and socks.

Jess has studied Musical Theatre and Dance for 4 years and is now a fully qualified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International. Through the years, Jess has brought with her the joy and knowledge of Fitness and it is her passion to share it with the world! With both her Dance Cardio and Yoga classes, Jess aims to bring positivity and good vibes to her classes, promoting a fun, energetic and warming session! In her spare time, Jess loves to take fitness classes, go on long walks in nature, do Yoga and Meditation and socialise with friends
