This course is for those who want to relax and stretch tired and aching muscles,. It is designed to develop flexibility, balance, and strength for improved performance in daily life.
For the first session students will need: mat and loose clothing.
Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move. Shoes are removed so please wear clean socks. Spare mats are available and we will provide sanitiser to clean them down.
The Rossett School main hall is a large and airy space and students will be able to socially distance.
The course aims to help people become more supple and relaxed.
Strengthen muscles to support your body and maximize your entire range of motion. Balance muscles in opposing muscle groups on both sides of your body.
This course is suitable for everyone. Different levels and alternatives are provided during the class to suits your needs.
The course will cover full body stretching with the use of belts and other excitement.
By the end of the course students will become more aware of their bodies, improve their movement, reduce muscular tension, strengthen joints, improve posture.
