This course is for all levels of experience of yoga.
For the first session students will need; a blanket , we do have some yoga mats available to use, or you can bring your own along.
This class will help you develop your yoga practice using postures, breathing and meditation, and you will gain the knowledge of several main yoga postures and be able to integrate into a variety of yoga classes with confidence.
