For the first session students will need; to wear comfortable clothing

The course aims: to improve flexibility, strength and all over wellbeing. The course aims to improve your posture allow you to be more comfortable in your day to day activities by making your joints stronger, and can increase the density In your bones.
The course will cover A warm up to prepare your body for the class. The stretch phase will cover all the gentle yoga poses, working on different areas of your body. Breathing techniques and relaxation at the end fo the class so you can fully concentrate
By the end of the course students: The student will be able to understand their bodies better and having greater awareness of their moves.
