Join Claire as she introduces basic hatha yoga postures, breath awareness and meditation giving an opportunity for personal exploration. Benefits can include stress management, better sleep, relieves depression, anxiety and improves strength, flexibility and balance. Ideal for a beginner to low level practitioner looking to learn and enjoy body alignment and form. Also appropriate for anyone wishing to refresh their practice. All poses can be modified making the class accessible for all.
Bring a yoga mat, and a blanket. Wear comfortable clothes. We do have a few mats to borrow.
