This course is for; Everyone.
For the first session students will need; Comfortable clothing to exercise in and flat soled shoes / trainers.
The course aims: To offer an introduction to the Chinese art of Tai Chi.
The course will cover: The short form (Lee Style) 50 movements, associated exercises for health and relaxation.
By the end of the course students: Will have a good working knowledge of the basic stance work, steps, postural alignment and hand movements related to Tai Chi.
