I will be teaching 50 movements of the tai chi form, the slow motion movements that the Chinese perform in the morning to aid health and well-being. In addition we will perform breathing exercises and exercises to ease the joints and improve posture.
tai chi is commonly performed as a low-impact exercise, which means it won't put much pressure on your bones and joints. Most people should be able to do it, but please check with your GP if you are unsure of its suitability for you.
Please do not come to a class if you are presenting any Covid symptoms. We will be providing hand sanitiser which we would like you to use before and after the session. If you would like to you can also wear a mask for this type of exercise.
