A fun way to dance your way to fitness.
Routines loosely based on Lindy Hop, Viennese Waltz, Samba, Cha Cha, Salsa, American Smooth Waltz and Rumba.
There is rhythmic movement and turning involved so this may be challenging for someone who has balance or mobility issues.
You will get hot so please wear layers you can remove. Flat heeled comfortable shoes are ideal or dance shoes. There is a water fountain in the hall or bring your own water.
Most importantly; be there and enjoy.
