The stretch class is for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, posture and balance. It is for any age. The class does involve floor work, so please make sure that you are ok with getting onto the floor and back up again.
You will only be using your own body weight and you can bring your own yoga mat if you wish. This class is suitable for absolute beginners.
