Want to improve your range of flexibility and find more movement through your joints? This class focuses on using dynamic and static stretches as well as mobility exercises to get your body feeling looser and make day to day movement easier. It is a slow paced class and it doesn't matter how flexible you are to start as the aim is to improve. Learning exercises and stretches that you can also work in to your day through the week. If you have any questions about this course please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you are someone who struggles to get up and off the floor do not worry. The class begins standing and then you will have plenty of time to find your way to the mat slowly and safely and we will stay there until the end of class. Lydia is there to be of any assistance helping you when needed.
