This class offers an exploration of yogic postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Integrates a broad range of yoga techniques that go beyond the yoga mat. As practice increases, the tools taught in this class will positively influence your daily life. Ideal for a slightly more experienced practitioner.
Bring a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a blanket. Wear comfortable clothes. We do have some mats to borrow
