An introduction to Pilates for the complete beginner. You will learn the fundamentals of Modern Pilates exercises. A gently paced class with a focus on the core principles. Learn the basics to take you through to a general Pilates class.
This course is low impact, but please check with your GP before starting if you are unsure about its suitability.
