This class will be taught at beginners level, however there will be a variety of options for each exercise to ensure there is something to challenge each individuals ability. You are encouraged to take it at your own pace. It will include a mixture of standing, seated and lying down, floor based exercises. Please make sure you come in comfortable clothing and have a drink of water handy, and bring a mat. If anyone has any injuries or anything you’d like to discuss with the instructor please do so.

Fran Andralojc

I have been working in health, fitness and wellbeing for all my adult life and love helping others to improve their health and lifestyles.

To me, exercise and fitness is more than just looking or feeling good and ticking off a workout. It’s about moving our bodies to keep them healthy, comfortable and injury free, making life easier through strengthening our bodies and boosting mental wellbeing too.

I love running and Pilates and try to do a good mix of these each week. Currently I’m working on improving my running and enjoying the challenge of balancing this with work and being a Mum too! Pilates is my passion as personally it’s helped keep me strong, injury free and able to enjoy life, feeling happy, healthy and strong on a day to day basis. I love that my job means I can help others feel the same!
