We are running a Movement for Men Campaign to best meet the needs of male students. Often the male physique will have specific stiffness say for instance in the spine and hips. Also men can experience more tightness in the hamstring and shoulders. The male physique can usually stride easily through the strength based work, but this program attempts to best assist with developing new healthy functional movement patterns and flexibility.
For the first session students will need;
A yoga mat if you have one, there are mats available to use
Comfortable leisure clothing
