A lunch time reset! Ideal for those working from home. A mind/body class with a focus on counteracting the seated posture. Stretching and strengthening the muscles of the back & shoulders, strengthening the supportive core and glutes. Helping you to become more posturally aware and bring the spine into a healthy position, relieving those aches and pains.

This course is low impact, but please check with your GP before starting if you are unsure about its suitability.

Cass Wilson

Hi my name is Cass and I teach Pilates matwork. I discovered Pilates after having my two children, I loved the way it made me feel and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Pilates is a mind body exercise that strengthens and lengthens the muscles, helping to correct imbalances, improve posture and protect the body against injury. When I had the opportunity to retrain, teaching Pilates and helping people experience the benefits was the only thing I wanted to do.

My classes are for all abilities from complete beginners to beyond. Expect to leave my class feeling that little bit taller, rejuvenated and relaxed.

Outside of my work I am mum to my two little girls. I enjoy practising Pilates, reading and walking our crazy cockapoo.
