Frazzled, anxious, trouble sleeping, overwhelmed - the list can go on but at some time we all experience the stresses and strains of modern living.
This class offers you the opportunity to slow down - to breathe and just relax.
This slow-paced session of mostly seated and floor based yoga movement can be adapted regardless of age, yoga experience or physical limitations and is combined with breathing, easy mindfulness meditation techniques and relaxation time.
This is not a stretch or fitness class - but time to find supportive yoga poses to allow the body to release tension - to bring balance and ease to breathing and enjoy time to destress.
No equipment required although you may wish to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or jumper to snuggle down
