The course will expand both Italian grammar and vocabulary through speaking, listening and reading.
Students should have some knowledge of presente, passato prossimo and imperfetto in order to get the most from this course.
We will be making use of Contatti 2 so having a copy of this book will be very helpful too.
Melanie Soden
Melanie is a warm, positive person who loves people and has spent the last 15 years of her life teaching English to foreign students and Italian to students in Harrogate. She enjoys cooking (Italian of course) and is a passionate allotmenteer. She spends her time teaching or working as a celebrant and in the quiet moments is always walking in the Dales or found with her head in a book - mostly historical fiction. This year her ambition is to teach you italian and to get back to a reasonable standard of tennis - speriamo bene!
