This 5 week course will discuss in detail how to make a will, the implications of inheritance tax, as well as care fees planning and asset protection. We will also cover how to make a lasting power of attorney and finally what your duties are as an executor.

This course is aimed at anyone who has made a will or Lasting Power of Attorney, is appointed as an executor or manages the affairs of others, and will provide you with an overview of the current rules, including the changes following covid, and the pitfalls to watch out for!
