For the first session students will need; You will need to bring your own beginners pattern, fabric, threads and any other requirements relative to their garment design.  Do not choose a pattern that needs silky or stretch fabric.

The course will cover how to work with a commercial pattern, choose appropriate materials, use a sewing machine, select and create appropriate seams, darts and fabric shaping and finishing methods to produce an outcome of choice.
