A high energy class bringing positivity and fun to your Tuesday evening. With a Musical Theatre andĀ Dance background I aim to get your heart rate going with good vibes while dancing to songs you will know and love! Join me for 45 minutes where you can dance with no inhibitions whatsoever leaving you feeling energised and rejuvenated!

Wear something comfortable, and trainers and prepare to sweat. Please bring a drink and a small towel.Ā

Jess has studied Musical Theatre and Dance for 4 years and is now a fully qualified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International. Through the years, Jess has brought with her the joy and knowledge of Fitness and it is her passion to share it with the world! With both her Dance Cardio and Yoga classes, Jess aims to bring positivity and good vibes to her classes, promoting a fun, energetic and warming session! In her spare time, Jess loves to take fitness classes, go on long walks in nature, do Yoga and Meditation and socialise with friends
