- For all ages and abilities, no partner required.
For all sessions students will need
- Comfortable clothing and footwear. Water for hydration.
By the end of the course Learners should
- Have a better understanding of rhythm and movement whilst getting fit and having fun. After a warm up routine each week you will learn a structured routine that will be enhanced and worked upon through the course. You will build confidence, stamina and improve general wellbeing and have fun!
