Make your own homemade food is healthier, cheaper and rewarding. This fun and sociable course is ideal if you have some cooking experience and would like to gain new skills and ideas for cooking interesting, tasty food for yourself or entertaining.

With expert guidance, each week you will make and take-home delicious savoury and sweet dishes that you will be able to make again at home.

We will be making a mix of savoury and sweet dishes to include: Goujons, filo parcels and brandy snaps

To help and guide you in the future you will have a copy of all recipes we use together with ideas to adapt them to meet personal taste, dietary requirements and budget.

Some basic ingredients will be provided but you will need to bring in the easily sourced ingredients for each dish

Anne Hepple-Wilson

Following a successful career in Catering Anne pursued a long held ambition and achieved a degree and PGCE becoming a secondary school Food and Textiles teacher. Anne has enjoyed many years teaching in local schools seeing students develop their cooking ability and achieving exam results to be proud of. Anne is looking forward to supporting students to enjoy learning to cook new things, gain confidence and develop this life skill which is so important for health, wellbeing and budget.
