Making the trickier dishes that take a bit more time is fun and rewarding, especially when you have expert guidance and other friendly people to check yours against! We will focus on one dish/technique per session and will be making a range of savoury and sweet dishes.
The skills and dishes we will be covering include:
- Choux pastry piped to make profiteroles and eclairs.
- Homemade pasta to make ravioli, tortellini and other shapes.
To help and guide you in the future you will have a copy of all recipes we use together with ideas to adapt them to meet personal taste, dietary requirements and budget.
Some basic ingredients will be provided but you will need to bring in the easily sourced ingredients for each dish.
