We will focus on the styles and interpretations of some of the greatest and most interesting Art movements of our time, through the centuries and discovering all their secrets.

Categorising art into movements is a way to understand the artistic developments of Modern Art, often one contrasting another, in particular time periods – from the mid-nineteenth century to the 1970s, from Impressionism to the School of London. We will focus on ten of these fascinating movements, exploring how those avant-garde artists broke artistic traditions.
