SZadultBallet is a ballet class for all abilities and ages taught by a professional Ballet teacher with the BBOdance. The class will involve learning ballet techniques whist helping with coordination, balancing and flexibility.
Each week will involve a range of different ballet steps and strengthening exercises.

Sophie Zealand

Sophie began dancing at the age of 2 and is a professional. BBO qualified dance teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience in various styles of dance.

In addition to teaching dance classes, Sophie has choreographed and performed in many shows and productions. Sophie was the choreographer of the Harrogate Theatre’s 2017/2018 pantomime, Beauty and the Beast.
